What reply format will I get?
+
−
Depends on the creator and the question. Most reply with text by default; some send voice notes or short videos if it's easier to explain. The creator's profile shows which formats they've opted into.
What if they don't reply?
+
−
Auto-refund after 7 days if the creator hasn't replied. It just lands back in your account, no need to ask. You can also re-ask the question to another creator.
Are questions public?
+
−
Private by default. Public replies only appear on a creator's profile if the asker opts in. Your name is visible to the creator either way; only the question text is published when both parties agree.
